Q: Can I buy from Sassy South?
Only authorized retailers can buy direct from Sassy South. If you are not a retailer, please use our store locator to find a retailer near you who can help with all your jewelry needs.
Q: How can I become a Sassy South authorized retailer?
If you would like to become an authorized Sassy South dealer, you must have a valid Resale Tax ID number. New customers are required to purchase $100.00 of assorted stock merchandise to open an account. To register as an authorized retailer, please click Register at the Home page to create a profile. Be sure to fill out your profile completely, including your phone number and e-mail address, to ensure a quick response. A Sassy South representative will contact you via e-mail to welcome you to our Sassy family.

Q: How can I get a Sassy South catalog?
Please request your catalog by sending us an email at info@sassysouth.com with your name, address, store name, phone number and tax id number. Your catalog will arrive via US Postal Service. Please allow up to 6 business days.
Q: When will my order ship?
In-stock items are shipped the same day if the order is placed by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). If the order is placed after 2:00 p. m. EST, in-stock items will be shipped the net day. Once your order has been placed we cannot guarantee add-ons.
Q: What are my payment choices?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, COD Certified Check or COD Company Check. You may request to open an account (Net 30) by completing our credit application (insert CC Application here) and faxing it to (404) 688-2462. On initial orders, we require payment by credit card, COD Certified Check or money order.
Overdue Accounts
Accounts with unpaid balance over 60 days will not be shipped until the account is cleared.
Returned Checks
There will be $25.00 service charge for each returned check. Any account with a returned check will be automatically converted to COD, Certified Check, Money Order or Credit Card.
Q: How is my order shipped? How much is my shipping?
Orders are shipped UPS Ground from Atlanta, GA, unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped include insurance. Shipping charges vary depending upon the weight of the package and how the package is shipped. Our minimum shipping and handling charge is $11.00. COD charges will be added to our shipping and handling fee. The COD surcharge is $13.00.

Orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii can be sent via USPS. Rush delivery orders may be shipped with additional freight charges.

Q: What is Sassy South policy on returns and replacements?
Items damaged in shipping or incorrect items may be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods for credit or replacement. After 30 days from the original invoice date, goods may be returned for repair at a cost of $3.00 per piece. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from our sales representatives prior to returning merchandise. Merchandise sent back without RA # will be refused and sent back to the sender at their own expense. We do not pay for freight or handling charges for returns, but will pay return freight for damages. A 10% fee will be charged for returns not bagged properly.
Q: Can I place a custom order?
We are able to make custom orders upon request. Inquire within about the minimum quantity. We can work off of anything from customer's sketches to actual samples. The estimated time that is required to complete a custom order is four to six weeks. Returns on custom orders are not accepted.
